Refund Policy
The E-ShopToGo We reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
By Placing an order or getting a quote you are agreeing to the associated Statement of Work (SOW) or Work Order/Block Hour Agreement. Any professional services overages on block hours of support will be chargeable at the current hourly rate.
Once Development begins all sales are final. Once we perform the service requested, We provide warranty support for 30 days. No refunds after 30 days.
Annual Support begins on the day the invoice is sent for this accepted quote. Overdue amounts shall be subject to a monthly finance charge.
If the item gets lost in transit, We will offer the 100% full refund. Any unopened item will qualify for 100% refund if returns with on 30 days.
Control and Access
You may, at any time, choose to no longer receive marketing material from The E-ShopToGo by email. Upon request, you may view the personal information about you that the E-ShopToGo holds.
Confidentiality
